Did you know that it takes about 30 days to turn something into a habit?

Did you know that what our habits are, also supports our change better than what our goals are, due to habits being a long-term existing thing, whereas goals are only a one-time event.

Instead of meeting your goals...what if we referred to it as a lifestyle.

What even is the definition of the word: LIFESTYLE?

{its the way a person lives their life; their culture, routine, habits, and existence.}

Now I'm not saying that having goals are a bad thing. It's 100% a good thing to have for sure!! But what if you turned those goals into a complete lifestyle for yourself?

If anything, the habits you make today are what brings you closer to the goals of tomorrow.

Attached to every goal is a feeling. A feeling that you will only get once you reach it.

So in a sense, you are not just chasing a goal; you are also pursuing a feeling.

Instead of looking to the future as a source for that 'feeling' - create a way/plan that will allow you to get those feelings NOW, here in present time.

Get yourself in the habit of always asking yourself when it comes to anything and everything: "Does this support the life I'm trying to create?"

If you talk about it, its a dream. If you envision it, its possible. But if you schedule it, its real. - Tony Robbins

You will never always be motivated; so you must learn to be disciplined. Success doesn't come from what you do occasionally, it comes from what you do consistently. What your mindset is, your habits, and your routines; these are the building blocks for success.

Your life is only as good as your mindset. The secret of your future is hidden in your daily routines. Be mindful of the way you start your day as those first few hours will determine how the rest of the day will go. So be firm with your choices; have dedication and self-discipline to get things done.

Don't go back to old habits or routines that were in no way helping you build the lifestyle you want.

Keep reminding yourself why you keep pressing forward and use that for your motivation.

Always stay positive about what's to come by being consistent with your change now.

There is no "right time", there is just time and what you choose to do with it.

Today is your opportunity to build the tomorrow you want. - Ken Poirot
