Minimalism is the intentional promotion of the things we most value and the removal of anything that distracts us from it. Minimalism is about intentionality; not deprivation.

Clutter isn't always just the stuff on in your home that's taking unneeded space. Clutter can be anything that stands between you and the life you want to be living. Identify the essential. Eliminate the rest. As my older sister always told me - "If you don't LOVE it, or use it; then get rid of it."
