Discipline leads to habits. Habits lead to consistency. Consistency leads to growth.


A month from now...you can either have a month of progress

or --

A month of excuses why you didn't.


Start NOW.

Start where you are.

Start with fear.

Start with pain.

Start with doubt.

Start with hands shaking.

Start with voice trembling, but start.

Start and don't stop.

Start where you are with what you have.

Just...START.


Excuses make sure your LIFE is the same as it was yesterday.

You can't keep doing the same things you have been doing and expect to get different results. Stop making excuses and make a change. The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best TODAY. It doesn't have to be perfect, just consistent. Success doesn't come from what we do occasionally, it comes from what we do consistently. Hold the vision, and trust the process. No excuses, you either want it or you don't.


Don't focus on what can happen in a month or in a year. Focus only on the 24 hours ahead of you; and what you can do to become better and closer to the person you want to be. With doing this each day with consistency is what will create that month and year of complete growth and change. It starts with what you do with each and every day.


If you're serious about changing your life, you'll find a way. If you're not, you'll find an excuse.
